Mick McNeill - Executive Director & Family Pastor

As the Executive Director & Family Pastor, Mick’s focus is partnering with parents to raise spiritual champions. He has been blessed with a creative mind and a heart that beats for the local community. Mick’s background is in ministry and began in 2002 as he worked as the Director of Children’s Ministry for a church in Southern California. His passion is connecting families to each other and ultimately to Christ. Mick also assists the Lead Pastor in the strategic leadership of The Pursuit Church along with ensuring appropriate stewardship of congregational resources and budgets.

Mick and his wife Karen have two amazing kids, Lexi, a college student studying in Grand Rapids, MI, and Michael, a 9 year old sports fanatic. Together they enjoy attending (or participating) in various kinds of sports activities and many hours of watching Major League Baseball. (Well at least the guys do!)
